Main Fotona features
- Two laser technologies in one advanced system: Er:YAG and Nd:YAG
- Fotona's Nd:YAG wavelength is effective for reaching the deepest layers of the skin, while the Er:YAG wavelength is ideal for brushing away surface imperfections to reveal visually attractive, long-lasting results.
- The SP Dynamis also includes an additional surgical QCW Nd:YAG laser for edovenous laser ablation, lipolysis, and other surgical procedures.

Treatment - Fotona 4D Facelift
Fotona 4D is a non-surgical laser facelift that improves skin firmness and tightness by targeting deep, mid, and surface layers of the skin using four synergistic laser modes. It smooths fine lines, reduces imperfections, and restores a youthful appearance—without injectables or surgery.
- What can it be used for?
- Sagging tissues
- Eye bags
- Bulky cheeks
- Saggy upper eyelids
- Double chin
- Uneven tone & texture
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Skin laxity
- Prominent nasolabial folds
Smooth Mode
Form of non-ablative laser pulse duration, where controlled and gentle thermal heating is applied to mucosal surfaces such as the inside of your mouth or lower eyelids.
Piano Mode
Ultra long-pulsed laser that reaches into the sagging fat and ligamental layers of the face to create results other devices cannot achieve.
Frac3 Mode
FRAC3 skin rejuvenation creates a three dimensional fractional effect that predominantly selects for skin imperfections while leaving surrounding tissue unaffected.
Superficial Mode
SupErficial is a mild laser peel that removes dead skin cells and improve surface irregularities such as pores and fine lines, giving the skin a smoother texture and even skin tone.

Treatment - Fotona Skin Resurfacing
Advances in laser technology have transformed anti-aging treatments, offering longer-lasting and more precise skin rejuvenation than traditional methods like chemical peels or dermabrasion. Laser resurfacing can be performed using ablative Er:YAG or non-ablative Nd:YAG lasers, or combined in Fotona’s TwinLight® Fractional Rejuvenation system. This simple three-step treatment uses deep Nd:YAG heating to stimulate rejuvenation and Er:YAG resurfacing to promote tighter, smoother, healthier-looking skin.
Conditioning
An Nd:YAG beam is passed along the surface twice. The first pass provides a short stimulus to the skin, the second pass penetrates the tissue, causing deep FRAC3®heating and conditioning the skin for an effective fractional treatment therapy.
Fractional therapy
Old, worn-out skin is ablated away by a fractional Er:YAG laser. The precise micro-ablated channels will be replaced with new, tighter and healthy tissue as new skin forms.
Peeling
The skin is ablated with a light full Er:YAG beam, which finishes the treatment and removes superficial imperfections.

Treatment - Fotona Vascular Lesions
Laser technology is widely used to treat vascular lesions such as hemangiomas, port-wine stains, telangiectasias, venous lakes, and angiomas. Long-pulse Nd:YAG lasers penetrate deep into the skin for highly effective results, with studies showing over 75% regression in deep hemangiomas. Fotona SP laser systems combine powerful Nd:YAG and Er:YAG technologies to deliver fast, non-ablative, high-quality treatments for vascular conditions, resurfacing, and a wide range of aesthetic and dermatological applications.

Treatment - Fotona Pigmented Lesions
Pigmented lesions are common and usually benign, and Q-Switched lasers are widely recognized as the most effective treatment option. Multi-wavelength systems deliver ultra-short pulses of light that precisely target pigment without damaging surrounding skin. Fotona’s SP line combines Er:YAG, Nd:YAG, and Q-Switched Nd:YAG lasers to provide safe, minimally invasive treatment for pigmented lesions such as keratoses and moles, along with a broad range of aesthetic and dermatological applications.
